About this role

The Pre Procedure Team Lead Medical Assistant has a vital role to the operational efficiency of the clinic, they will be supported by the Operations Manager and working collaboratively identifying any staffing gaps, operational inefficiencies. They will be the point of contact for the clinic if a patient issue arises.
