POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Operations Director, Operations Manager the Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all operational activities of ACO program, including development and monitoring of the program’s protocols. Oversees a group of junior staff which may also include interns and volunteers who service clients’ needs and their families. Reviews weekly case loads, monitors that staff are following approved protocols and procedures, ensuring that they are providing patients and program members with proper screening, guidance, referrals to community resources, etc. Oversees day to day operations of the program, process improvement and project management.
