Position Summary The Site Lead Physician is a practicing primary care physician who provides clinical and operational leadership for the Boston Medical Center (BMC) Brighton or BMC South adult Primary Care practices of Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS). This role is central to the System strategy to support primary care access as BMCHS grows and provides the opportunity to develop, shape and lead these practice sites from the ground up. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting provider engagement, operational efficiency, and alignment with the system’s mission and goals.
