Brookhaven Lab’s Computing and Data Sciences directorate (CDS) is accelerating computing and domain science by providing a complete ecosystem that safely and seamlessly provides the expertise, compute and data resources, and research environment to drive discovery. CDS employs a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to its applied math, artificial intelligence, and computing research and uses broad capabilities to target scientific challenges, working with fellow researchers at the Lab and many global partners. The focus of this position is mainly on designing new topological quantum error correcting codes and analyzing their properties.
