About this role

What you will do: A Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success. What your key accountability looks like: Understand the end-to-end process of HR management. Understand the core business process of Bobobox. Maintain a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across branches and HQ. Develop and own learning & development programs. Drive company culture & values initiatives. Drive employer branding initiatives. Analyze HR metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies.
