Job Overview Bring your logistics expertise, leadership skills, and customer focus to Bob’s Discount Furniture! As Regional Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of third-party logistics carriers (3PLs) and support assigned market stores, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance in “The Bob’s Way.” You’ll collaborate with Store Operations, DC Operations, Inventory Control, and other teams to oversee up to 100 daily delivery routes and the successful delivery of up to 1,250 customer orders each day. This role provides indirect leadership to 3PL depot managers and regional delivery teams and has no direct reports.
