Job Overview The Warehouse Lead is a front-line leadership role responsible for guiding and directing a team of Equipment Operators and Material Handlers across assigned functional areas of the distribution center. The Warehouse Lead is expected to provide operational leadership across receiving, putaway, replenishment, and shipping functions as the business dictates. The Lead serves as the direct bridge between the hourly workforce and the management team, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, work is completed accurately and on time, and the team operates within Bob's safety and culture standards.
