Key Responsibilities Assign daily tasks to Equipment Operators and Material Handlers based on shift priorities and production targets communicated by management. Monitor team productivity and accuracy throughout the shift; provide real-time feedback, coaching, and redirection as needed. Operate RF scanner and warehouse equipment as needed to support the team and maintain operational flow. Perform putaway, pick, and relocation functions alongside the team as needed to support workload and model expected standards. Train new associates on proper procedures, safety expectations, and equipment operation protocols. Enforce all safety rules; immediately report hazardous conditions to management.…
