About this role

National Outreach Manager Boca Recovery Center Boca Recovery Center is seeking a National Outreach Manager to support our Outreach and Admissions teams by managing referral relationships, coordinating inbound and outbound patient placements, and ensuring continuity of care throughout the treatment process. This role plays a key part in strengthening our national referral network while ensuring patients are connected to the appropriate level of care both within Boca Recovery Center and with trusted partner programs.
