Een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid Als Regio Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een diverse groep Hunkemöller-winkels, voornamelijk in Brabant en Zuid-Holland en onze Designer Outlets . Je bent veel in de winkels aanwezig en staat dicht bij jouw Store Managers. Vanuit jouw ervaring weet je wat er nodig is om meerdere winkels tegelijkertijd succesvol te laten presteren. Je coacht, ondersteunt en daagt Store Managers uit om het beste uit zichzelf en hun teams te halen. Daarbij pas je jouw leiderschapsstijl aan op wat een winkel, team of Store Manager nodig heeft.
