About this role

Guest Services Representative Company: Boeing United Kingdom Limited POSITION PURPOSE: To provide a First class, Front of House service, for all Customers and Visitors to the Campus. This will also include Campus related administration tasks as detailed below: - Customer Liaison: Meet and greet campus visitors, which include checking in visitors attending simulator training sessions, classroom delegates, contractors and other visitors. Giving directions accordingly to the appropriate area of our facilities and information regarding H&S and the weekly fire alarm testing etc. To operate the reception switchboard, dealing with all customer enquiries or connecting them through to the appropriate person in a timely manner.…
