Procuramos um profissional com elevada capacidade analítica, orientação para o negócio e experiência em direito empresarial, capaz de prestar assessoria jurídica transversal e apoiar as diferentes áreas da organização. Principais responsabilidades Prestar assessoria jurídica às diferentes áreas da empresa. Elaborar pareceres jurídicos e acompanhar processos de natureza contenciosa, pré-contenciosa e contraordenacional. Elaborar, negociar e rever contratos comerciais, civis e administrativos. Assegurar o acompanhamento jurídico de processos de licenciamento e das relações com entidades públicas.…
