About this role
The Bonadio Group is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist in our Dallas, Texas office. A qualified candidate would work closely with the IT team to provide timely, accurate and friendly deskside and telephone technical support to our Albany office users as well as the firm. This role requires the ability to continually learn and use new technical and professional skills, to work in a fast-paced, client-service environment, and to continually satisfy users. This is an on-site position. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance for incoming requests to the ITS via ServiceNow ticketing system, phone, email, and walk-up end users.
