Das Team In der Abteilung IT Operations sind die beiden Teams IT Infrastructure Services und IT Service Desk angesiedelt. Unser Ziel ist es eine stabile, sichere und effiziente IT-Landschaft zu schaffen, die unsere Organisation optimal unterstützt. Dies umfasst die Verwaltung und Überwachung von Netzwerken, Servern und Cloud-Diensten sowie die Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. Zusätzlich fungieren wir Im IT Service Desk als zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Anwender, um ihnen bei IT-Problemen zu helfen und Serviceanfragen schnell und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten. Gemeinsam stellen wir sicher, dass die Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Services jederzeit gewährleistet sind und einen echten Mehrwert für das Unternehmen bieten.…
