About this role

Position Requirements: Perform duties to operate automatic bonding equipment, monitor machine for proper operation, and adjust as necessary to maintain part quality standards. Bonding Operators will be required to operate different machinery or equipment based upon department assignment. Working from control plans, operator instructions, troubleshooting guides, Win SPC Quality Plan, logs, checklists, setup procedures, packing procedures, inspection procedures, and instructions: Setup equipment and perform setup validation checklist. Check machine for proper settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time); adjust as necessary. Operate machines, load parts into machine, and check first run sample parts for defects.…
