About this role

Kierownik Laboratorium Zakres obowiązków Zarządzanie pracą laboratorium oraz zespołem inżynierów, specjalistów i techników. Nadzór nad analizami produktów seryjnych, analizami reklamacyjnymi oraz analizami problemów jakościowych występujących w produkcji. Zarządzanie i wspieranie procesów związanych z analizą zwrotów od klientów oraz analizą awarii elektrycznych pochodzących z produkcji. Zapewnienie terminowej realizacji analiz technicznych wspierających rozwiązywanie problemów i podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych. Monitorowanie efektywności laboratorium poprzez wskaźniki KPI oraz inicjowanie działań doskonalących. Nadzór nad zgodnością działań laboratorium z Systemem Zarządzania Jakością, wymaganiami IATF 16949, wymaganiami klientów oraz procedurami wewnętrznymi.…
