About this role
Responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving manufacturing processes, equipment and tooling to support new product industrialization and mass production. Lead process development activities from concept phase through SOP, ensuring manufacturing readiness, process capability, product quality, cost competitiveness and operational efficiency. Support production stability and continuous improvement initiatives for electrified powertrain products including stator, rotor, motor assembly, eDrive and gearbox assembly.
