About this role

Key Responsibilities Lead the overall technical design and requirement decomposition of frameless torque motors , including electromagnetic topology, pole-slot combination, winding configuration, magnetic circuit, and material selection. Conduct electromagnetic simulation and multi-objective optimization, balancing peak/continuous torque, efficiency, cogging torque, torque ripple, back EMF, field-weakening capability, cost, and manufacturability . Lead motor thermal design and continuous-output capability assessment. Develop electromagnetic-thermal-structural coupled models and drive optimization of heat dissipation paths within the joint module.…
