KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage manufacturing process and HD H/C management to ensure meet production order. · Monitor major MFG team KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities · Identify and eliminate potential hazards and conduct risk assessments for identified hazards. · Control workplace hazards through prevention measures · Review production planning according to production order to maximize labor efficiency improvement. · Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve inline process quality. · Review standard work process and ensure operator compliance · Collaborate with internal teams to meet MFG team KPIs · Achieve flawless production as a Production Engineer.…
