Role Summary To act as a first point of contact for onshore HR Coordinators and work with them to resolve day to day HR matters and provide guidance. Providing support to the HR Manager and Rig Manager while acting as a conduit between the HR Coordinators and Operations Management. Actively lead in payroll, onshore recruitment, performance management and general HR matters. Assist in the development and implementation of employment policies, process and practices as well as recommend changes to management. Responsibilities Oversee HR Coordinators in their daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Provide guidance and mentoring for the development of HR Coordinators in general HR matters.…
