About Borrego Health provides high quality, efficient customer focused health care to the communities we serve, accomplished by providing access to patient centered comprehensive care to all residents regardless of their ability to pay. Under the supervision of the Billing Manager the Check-Out Biller’s primary responsibilities are to conduct pre-visit verifications for patient visit eligibility, apply patient visit payments, review billing encounter information for the correct application of insurance or patient eligible payment program, and review the selected visit coding as it applies to meeting billing requirements.
