Welcome to Bosch. 职位内容 1、构建减速器产品参数的标准化数据模型，实现研发数据的统一管理； 2、推动数据质量闭环管理，持续提升研发数据的一致性与可用性； 3、参与研发数据管理流程的优化设计与落地实施； 4、与设计、仿真、测试等团队协作，支撑数据驱动研发的应用场景； 5、编写数据模型与流程相关的技术文档，记录开发与实施过程。 Qualifications 职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、机械电子、计算机等相关专业； 2、了解齿轮箱/减速器的结构原理与主要产品参数； 3、熟悉数据建模方法或数据库技术（SQL等）者优先； 4、了解研发数据管理体系（如PDM/PLM、参数化管理）者优先； 5、具备良好的英语读写能力与文档撰写能力； 6、逻辑思维清晰，严谨细致，责任心强； 7、善于跨部门沟通协作，对数据驱动研发有热情，认同博世企业文化
