About Je komt te werken binnen onze dynamische Aftersales-organisatie, een keten waarin alles draait om maximale klant- en installateurstevredenheid door middel van efficiënte technische ondersteuning en vlijmscherpe planning. Onze afdeling bestaat uit vier nauw samenwerkende schakels: Helpdesk (1e lijn): Richt zich op het direct en vakkundig beantwoorden van technische vragen van installateurs in het veld. Planning: Zorgt voor een zo efficiënt en optimaal mogelijke inzet van onze resources en ritten. Fieldservice: Streeft naar een maximale first-time-fix (in één bezoek het probleem bij de klant direct oplossen).…
