About this role
L2 级纵向与横向规划控制算法研发:负责 ACC(自适应巡航)、LKA(车道保持辅助)、TJA(交通拥堵辅助)等功能的规划与控制策略设计,重点优化行车舒适性(如 jerk 抑制、过弯平顺、跟车起步/停止柔和)。 AI 方法在舒适性优化中的应用:探索模仿学习、强化学习或轻量化端到端模型,从人类驾驶数据中学习平顺的油门/刹车/转向曲线,减少规则带来的机械感。 舒适性与安全性的联合平衡:在保证 AEB 等安全功能触发优先的前提下,优化日常行驶中的误触发(如虚假减速、无必要警报)和过激干预,提升用户信任感。 功能安全与舒适性约束的集成:按照 ISO 26262 (ASIL 等级要求) 设计规控模块的冗余与监控机制,确保异常情况下(如传感器故障、信号丢帧)能平滑降级,不产生突兀动作。 仿真与实车闭环评估:搭建包含舒适性指标(冲击度、横向加速度变化率、跟车偏差)的自动化评测体系,利用路采数据驱动迭代。 Qualifications 基本要求 车辆工程、控制工程、计算机、自动化等相关专业,本科及以上学历,2 年以上 L2 ADAS 规控开发经验。 精通 C++/Python,熟悉 Linux 及嵌入式平台(如 Infineon、NXP、TI TDA4 或地平线征程)。 熟悉经典规划控制算法:PID、MPC、LQR、纯跟踪控制、Lattice Planner 或动态规划/二次规划。 加分/专项要求 有 L2 功能量产经验(ACC、LKA、TJA),并主导过舒适性调校(如弯道速度控制、起步/停止平滑性)。 了解 AI 在规控中的应用:如使用行为克隆优化跟车策略,或使用强化学习学习变道舒适性参数。 熟悉功能安全标准:理解 ASIL 等级划分、FFI 分析、FMEA 在规控模块中的落地。 具有良好的数据驱动思维:能利用大规模路采日志进行问题定位和回归测试。 Additional a0 a0
