Job Summary Creating and optimizing complex CNC programs for precision parts used in robotic systems. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and technical fluency, designing advanced toolpaths, recommending tooling and fixturing strategies, and ensuring efficient, high-quality machining. The technician regularly collaborates with engineers, machinists, and quality personnel to resolve issues, improve cycle times, and ensure that parts meet exacting robotic system requirements. This role is ideal for an expert technician who bridges the gap between programming, machining, and production engineering.
