About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the Atlas Platform Mechanical Team, with a specific focus on designing the external structure including covers and padded shells. You will engineer the components the world will see and interact with as Atlas becomes a reality. Your designs will balance competing constraints including safety, durability, aesthetics, design for assembly and service, and scalability. These components will leverage a wide range of unique materials and manufacturing methods producing components with complex surfaces and geometry.
