About this role
Oversees all aspects of the Boys Town residential properties – from operations and financial activities to managing strong relationships with tenants, administrative leadership, maintenance team, internal departments and vendors. Responsible for maintaining property conditions, vacancies, relocations, inspections, staging, tenant improvement projects, service contracts, financial and physical aspects of the properties. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Manages day-to-day facilities operations of all residential properties, ensuring properties are clean, well maintained and compliant with property management and safety standards.
