About this role
Facilitates youth recreational activities by supervising, participating, or teaching. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Attends scheduled program hours and devotes time to direct interaction and supervision with the youth and Boys Town employees, guests, and visitors. Assists in programs such as intramural sports, community retreats, and open recreation time with the goal of building a positive community and building positive relationships with BT youth Assists in keeping the Fieldhouse a safe and secure facility by monitoring youth, keeping accurate attendance records, making sure the requisite areas are locked, and surveying the building for any safety risks.…
