About this role
The Project Manager / Estimator plays a vital role in supporting Icon Boiler’s mechanical, code and service business across the territories we serve. The major functions of this role include collaborating with our sales and engineering teams in developing project estimates, assisting in scope development for our internal partners and subcontractors, assessing and minimizing project risks, and ensuring efficient and timely execution of projects on schedule and within budget. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists Mechanical Operations Manager with oversight of personnel facilitating work on projects within their portfolio, including Icon Boiler and Brady Associates, subcontractors, vendors, etc.…
