We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading property developer in Cyprus and Greece, a Plant Officer for their main offices in Paphos . The Plant Officer will manage and oversee the company’s plant equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will ensure optimal utilization, maintenance, and allocation of plant resources across various project sites. Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating the allocation and utilization of plant and equipment across construction projects. Maintain accurate records and inventories of plant, machinery, tools, and equipment. Monitor servicing, maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs of plant and equipment.
