Overview: Our Employment Law team is growing! We are seeking to bring on an experienced litigation attorney to join our expanding employment division. Successful candidates are passionate about litigation as this role will heavily focus on defending individuals against claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations and whistleblower claims. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. Collaborate with support staff in developing effective litigation strategies. Oversee case-related resources and timelines to ensure efficient case progression.…
