About this role

Overview: Our team is growing! We are seeing an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all phases of case workups including pre-litigation and litigation. Successful candidates will be proficient in legal software, have excellent communication skills and have a knack for time management. This is a full-time position that will be onsite in one of our main office locations. We are in-office 5 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm. Responsibilities Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, appellate documents and legal memoranda. E-file court documents in both state and federal courts. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.…
