About this role

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager of PI Litigation Paralegals to lead the day-to-day performance, structure and accountability of our litigation paralegal and support teams. This role will oversee case progression, deadlines, staffing, KPIs, attorney support, client service and operational compliance while driving efficiency and consistency across litigation operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, develop and hold litigation paralegals, Senior Paralegals, Team Leads and support staff accountable. Interview and hire staff, assess staffing needs, balance workloads and address performance issues.
