Your Role & Responsibilities The Operations Manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination of operations and production at the facility. The position requires an individual with a strong background in batch chemical production process, excellent time management skills and a proven record of successful leadership skills in a chemical manufacturing industry, or a similar related field.
