Your Role Execute collection activities efficiently and effectively in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Ensure that unapplied cash is identified and investigated. Responsibilities Responsible for collecting cash from a designated client portfolio using dedicated software/systems and resolving billing disputes in a fair and timely manner. Responsible for managing the accounts receivable portfolio and ensuring that old balances remain within established business objectives. Update the provision for bad debts, prepare debt analyses and monitor account performance. Prepare the reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies that arise. Prepare scheduled/ad hoc financial analysis reports. Comply with agreed-upon service levels, company policies and procedures.…
