About this role

Make an impact We're looking for a Paralegal to join our legal team in the Salt Lake City area. This is a hybrid position. In this role, you'll keep our fund and corporate team moving -- supporting day-to-day workflows, tracking legal data, and document coordination. You'll work closely with our legal team, outside counsel, and fund administration team to make sure documentation and records stay accurate and current. Additionally, part of your job will be helping us figure out how AI tools can take on more of the routine work over time. Support fund launch and ongoing capital raising activities by providing drafting support (PPMs and DDQs), maintaining files, and tracking covenants and obligations for financing, fund, and investor agreements.…
