Primary Purpose The Senior Manager, Enterprise UX Design will support managing, planning, strategy and facilitation of UX research as part of an enterprise design team, supporting products across multiple products and business suites. This role is focused on driving cross-enterprise design initiatives, scaling and managing design system rollout, and collaborating across product teams to support solutioning and execution of product and service designs. Role will include solution design, UI design, UX testing and stakeholder management. This role will manage junior and senior designers and collaborate directly with UX researchers and product owners.
