Job Description: Job Summary: The Program Director under direct supervision of the Vice President establishes and drives a positive culture ensuring clients, referral sources, stakeholders, and team members are treated with dignity and respect. Incumbent maintains compliant and quality services within a designated business unit by executing and monitoring quality assurance procedures while performing essential job duties. Essential Job Functions: Accountable for overall fiscal results and compliance for assigned business unit which includes: Identifying new funding sources and expansion/enhancement of current services.
