About this role

Role Brief: Brillio is building a legal function that operates as a business enabler. This role is designed for an early-career lawyer who wants to work directly with business teams on contracts, deals, and decisions. What you will do? Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements) Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics) Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification) What we are looking for? 0–2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused) Graduate from a top-tier law school…
