About this role

Overview We're looking for a welcoming and kindhearted sleep-enthusiast to lead our (location) store! In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing and piloting processes to ensure the store meets its financial and customer experience goals and lead hiring for the store team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that partners frequently with our HQ team as we continue to build our footprint.
