Job Profile Summary Under limited supervision, this frontline, student engagement position serves the Health Foundation of South Florida grant at Broward College to provide direct service and support to current Health Science Pathway students using a case management approach. Under direction from the Dean of Allied Health or the Dean, Nursing Administrator, the Health Science Pathway Retention Specialist will provide information regarding the College’s programs and services, facilitate student engagement in academic and career planning activities, student success skills, college policies and procedures, and student activities that contribute to retention. This is a temporary position with the possibility for annual renewal based on sustainability of the program.…
