SUMMARY: Reports to Director Specialty Pharmacy, or Ambulatory Manager as applicable. Under the supervision of the Pharmacist-In-Charge, Senior Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, or Clinical Coordinator as appropriate coordinates pharmacy clinical programs including, but not limited to, pharmacotherapeutics, pharmaceutical care, drug information services and pharmacoeconomics. Collaborates with multidisciplinary care providers to monitor, assess, recommend changes, and optimize medication use in area of therapeutic specialty. Serves as a subject matter expert and real-time go to resource in area of specialty.…
