SUMMARY: Under supervision of the Medical Director and LifePACT Manager or designee following established policies and procedures, performs the role of an EMT, including delivery of patient care, training, equipment and maintenance, and research efforts. Maintains clinical skills, knowledge of literature in the field and outreach, and training objectives. The position shall not supersede the RN or Paramedic role in patient care once responsibility for a patient is transferred from the EMT to the paramedic or RN.
