SUMMARY: The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support in an ambulatory setting under the supervision of the Ambulatory Clinical Manager, Practice Manager, and Licensed Independent Practitioner. The role supports patient- and family-centered care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients while following established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares patients for examinations, obtains and documents vital signs, chief complaints, medication reconciliation, medical histories, pain scores, and other required information in the EMR.
