About this role
The Medical Assistant supports the clinical team by providing direct patient care and administrative support in an ambulatory setting. Working under the supervision of the Practice or Ambulatory Clinical Manager, physician, and/or Registered Nurse, the Medical Assistant prepares patients for visits, obtains vital signs and medical histories, performs medication reconciliation, assists with examinations and procedures, and completes services such as EKGs, blood pressure checks, pulse oximetry, and Hgb A1-C testing.…
