Job Description: This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Dean’s Office in the School of Public Health. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating complex schedules and meetings, preparing agendas and materials, responding to inquiries, arranging travel, and processing expense reports for the Executive Dean for Finance and Administration and other members of the leadership team. The position is also responsible for processing financial transactions, coordinating signatures on financial documents, and preparing or assisting with a variety of financial and administrative reports.…
