About this role

Job Description: Brown University Athletics is currently seeking candidates for the Athletics Ticket Representative. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, and a member of the Ivy League, our intercollegiate athletics program consists of 38 varsity teams with approximately 1,000 athletes who participate within the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA-D1). This part-time, 11-month seasonal position is responsible for selling tickets and will-call at various athletic events. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service at home athletic events. Process sales in AudienceView ticketing system. Ensure PCI compliance with cash control process. Managing complimentary tickets at will-call. Scanning tickets and all-season passes.…
