Job Description: This position is for the School of Public Health. Providence Housing Authority and Brown University School of Public Health’s Center for Heat, Health, and Aging Innovation and Research Solutions for Communities (CHAIRS-C) is seeking a dedicated Community Health Worker to support a community-based project focused on emergency preparedness for older adults. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with Providence Housing Authority Carroll Tower residents, build trusted relationships, and contribute to meaningful, community-driven public health initiatives. The Community Health Worker will work in partnership with Providence Housing Authority and the CHAIRS-C staff to support a pilot program on preparing for weather-related emergencies.…
