About this role

SUMMARY: Reports to Pharmacy Manager. Under the supervision of a Pharmacy Supervisor, within assigned area of responsibility is responsible for activities and functions of pharmacy group leaders, pharmacy technician specialists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy student interns, and technician externs, hereafter referred to as pharmacy technicians in assigned areas of the department. Assists with the creation of job roles and responsibilities, develops assignments, assigns work, creates and maintains work schedules, and designs training plans. Manages pharmacy technician schedules to ensure they are equitable and support the operational needs of the department. Holds pharmacy technician staff accountable for performance and professionalism. Prepares and issues formal performance evaluations.…
