SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Lead Technologist and following established procedures, performs a variety of technical radiologic procedures using standard, portable, and/or specialized x-ray equipment to apply prescribed ionizing radiation in order to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients’ illness and injuries. Performs related tasks such as assisting patients in positioning for correct anatomical exposure, maintaining order and cleanliness of work area and performing routine clerical tasks.
